At Aging with Comfort, we partner with the Office of Developmental Programs to provide accessible, easy to understand, and individualized support services that are unique to everyone we serve. Your specific interests, needs level, talents, abilities, and goals (as outlined in your Individual Support Plan) pave the way for our team to appropriately help support you! From the first conversation you or someone who supports you has with an Aging with Comfort representative to the personalized support you receive from your Direct Support Professional; we can be a great asset to your team as you work toward your individualized goals!

Adult Home and Community Based Support Services
Aging with Comfort provides a wide range of services to cater to all your 1 to 1 support needs.
In home and Community Support
Provided in home and community settings to assist individuals in acquiring, retaining, and improving self-help, socialization and adaptive skills.
Companion
Service to provide supervision and assistance focused on health and safety of the individual.
Respite
Respite is a service provided on a short-term basis to relieve those persons normally providing care. This service is provided in the private homes of individuals or the homes of their family or friends.
Community Participation Supports
This service provides opportunities and support for community inclusion and building interest in and developing skills and potential for competitive integrated employment. (Coming Soon)

Unsure of where to begin?
- Call us at Aging With Comfort (267) 888-4092. We can help you set up an appointment with the local County Office of Mental Health & Intellectual Disabilities.
- We can assist you in gathering the documents for the appointment that will establish that you are eligible for services. Some examples are medical, psychological, and school records.
