Who We Are
Aging with Comfort is a leading provider of non-medical home care and IDD support services. Since our establishment in 2014, we have earned the trust and affection of our participants and caregivers by delivering quality care for their loved ones. In 2018, we were honored to be voted the number one agency in Philadelphia by our peers.

Our Teams
Intake & Onboarding Team – Facilitates access to care and educates individuals about available programs. Ensures a smooth start for all new clients with Aging with Comfort, recruits applicants for Caregiving and Direct Support Professional roles, and onboards new Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals.
Care Management Team – Conducts initial home assessments, sets up care plans, and performs supervisory visits to ensure quality care.
Care Coordination Team – Provides ongoing customer service to clients and caregivers, maintains schedules, and ensures EVV compliance.
Community Outreach Team – Actively engages with the community to identify and assist individuals in need of home care and support services while educating them about the available services in Pennsylvania.
We have team members who speak multiple languages (including Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, and others).
